What are your office hours?

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. 

Offices may be closed for Federal Holidays and specific training instances.

What documents do I need to have to apply for an apartment?

In order to apply for an apartment, be sure to have the following documents available: 

  • 60 days worth of pay history, paystubs are most commonly provided for this. 
  • Government Issued ID 
  • Information for your most recent landlord(s) for the past 3 years

Do you accept pets?

Autumn Ridge Apartments is pet friendly! 

Pets up to 30 Pounds: Limit of 2 per Apartment, $25/Month Pet Rent, $300 PER PET One Time Fee. 

Pets over 31 Pounds: Limit of 1 per Apartment, cannot be combined with pets under 35 pounds. $35/Month Pet Rent, $400 One Time Fee. 

We do not have breed restrictions.

I would rather just be an occupant, not a leaseholder. Do I have to be on the application?

If you are 18 or over, yes. All persons 18+ must fill out an application and pass our screening criteria.

How much is your application fee?

Autumn Ridge Apartment’s application fee is $50 per adult.

How much are your deposits? When do I need to pay the deposit?

Deposits are set by the number of bedrooms in the home, and are as follows: 

  • One Bedroom: $200.00*
  • Two Bedroom: $300.00*
  • Three Bedroom: $400.00*

Deposits listed are standard deposits with approved credit. Additional deposit amounts may be required once application has been processed for certain instances such as not having verifiable rental history. 

In order to hold any unit, a deposit must be paid in full. Apartment homes are first come, first serve.

What utilities are included in my rent?

Utilities are not included in the rent. Water, sewer, trash, pest control, and convenience fees are billed through a third party company monthly. Electricity needs to be switched into the residents’ name prior to receiving keys on the date of move in, and is through PSO.
